Marlo Smith earned her J.D. Degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
Ms. Smith has experience in Plaintiff Labor/Employment and School Law, including litigation. Experience in addressing all types of employment questions, including those relating to the FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and ELCRA, as well as experience in trial practice and mediation.
MEMBERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS: State Bar of Michigan Membership- admitted January 2007, American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Kalamazoo Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). Sworn to practice before all Michigan Courts, U.S District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and U.S District Court, Western District of Michigan.
